This PR adds support for an optional configuration file - localtunnel.yml. When the server is launched, it works its way up the file tree (starting from the current working directory) in search of this file. If found, the contents is merged with the options object that is passed to the server.

The configuration file also allows you to provide values for require_token and tokens (an array of token strings). If enabled, connections will only be accepted from clients that provide a valid token. Here is a PR that adds support for this concept (along with its own file-based configuration) at the client level.
