I build the application, integrate the business workflow, deploy the infrastructure, automate the operations, and keep the production system running. Ten years of commercial delivery — including a paid Windows desktop product and a live report platform — plus the platform they run on, designed, deployed and operated by me.

30+ commercial websites and business systems for SME, NGO and e-commerce clients, full lifecycle — including OpenCart B2B2C wholesale platforms with custom extensions (dealer tiers, price rules), Google Maps and chatbot integrations. 2 · AI & workflow automation
Multi-channel AI support bot on Telegram and WhatsApp behind a LiteLLM gateway; local inference on an RTX 3060; scheduled loops with deterministic steps, stop conditions and human approval gates; NocoDB + n8n delivery pipelines; a marketplace watcher has archived 2,781 listings and their media into NocoDB for price tracking.
3 · Self-hosted production infrastructure
175+ containers across 78 compose stacks on three hosts (Synology DSM, Unraid, Ubuntu VPS): Traefik fleet with automated TLS, Prometheus + Grafana observability, full mail platform, Gitea Actions CI/CD, restic backups. It serves public services — git, blog, ninelore, transcode, learning, sifumail, chaijoywood, stt/llm/tts — not a test lab.
Products and systems I run today
Nine Lore — numerology report product — live commercial product
Problem. Selling a personalised 32-page PDF report end to end, with no manual step
per order and no way to get paid twice for the same report.
Built. CodeIgniter 4 application: checkout → ToyyibPay callback verification
→ queued generation → custom mPDF layout engine (three languages, two edition
variants) → mail outbox → customer portal, plus a reseller credit system and an
agent portal; 54 PHPUnit test files and a scripted acceptance chain.

HEVC Transcode — commercial desktop application — on sale: trial + paid licence
Problem. Video libraries and delivery work need smaller HEVC files without risking
the master, and "it looked fine" is not evidence.
Built. A local Windows encoding engine wrapped in a five-gate safety pipeline:
full-decode damage scan, three-stage frame-aligned SSIM (≥ 0.995), read-back SHA-256
from disk, mount-point health checks, and a refusal to replace any original that fails a
gate — partial jobs are destroyed, never half-written. Per-job Quality & Integrity
certificate export; licensing runs through Keygate, my own self-hosted
licence service that issues Ed25519 keys, enforces trial windows and logs activations
offline-first; installer with trial limits and seven-language legal pages.

DigiKedai — AI customer-service bot — production
Problem. A small merchant needed one assistant answering real customers on two chat
channels, with memory and without a paid SaaS dependency.
Built. TypeScript service on self-hosted Docker, Cloudflare tunnel webhooks, LiteLLM
with OpenAI models, persistent per-user memory.

Digital-product delivery system — production
Problem. Selling downloadable products needed one-time links and evidence of who
opened what, to deter redistribution.
Built. NocoDB + n8n pipeline that issues unique, limited-use access links per buyer
and logs every access.

hoelee-learning — bilingual learning portal — production
Problem. Technical videos rot as raw recordings; notes need to be searchable and
clickable back to the exact timestamp.
Built. Local ASR pipeline → structured notes → click-to-seek video, bilingual
with Chinese as the source of truth and English derived and hash-checked; Pagefind search.

traefik-botfilter — open source
Traefik middleware that blocks scanners, malformed HTTP requests and suspicious user agents
before they reach an application. Runs in front of my own stack.
