fix(posts): correct the 3 video posts after consultant review, with fresh artwork
Deploy / build (push) Successful in 39s

Reviewer's five "highest priority" items, each checked against the source before acting:

* 38% speedup -> 38.1% less render time (352s -> 218s, 1.61x throughput); says it was
  a single run each, same clip, same machine, same encoder settings.
* "microsecond-accurate" -> frame-accurate: at 30 fps one frame is 33.3 ms, and the text
  now states that word-level timestamps are not microsecond-accurate.
* "Three minutes later" -> "a few minutes later", plus the one measured number (218 s
  render for the 4-minute track) so the claim is checkable.
* Zero Jitter / Zero Light Flashing -> "no visible jitter" / "no dark flash at the cut",
  scoped to the clip that was measured.
* ti.mode 0o666 -> 0o644. Hygiene, not the syntax error he reported: source and live HTML
  both read 0o666 (the live page splits it across two highlight spans and his text
  extraction inserted a space), and 0o666 is legal Python.
* "0 MB RAM spike in Chrome" now scopes itself to the Chrome container and says the
  Python client still buffers the whole tar. New "What this pattern does not solve"
  block: client buffering, target directory must already exist, tar member names become
  container paths, Portainer key / CDP 9222 are root-equivalent.

All three posts get a TL;DR and inline cross-links (the trio had zero internal links
before); the ZH links use the real /posts/zh/<slug>/ path.

Not done, because it needs the owner's data rather than invention: end-to-end timing
table, benchmark conditions, whether 1.89 s was a single run, before/after jitter clips,
the "what still needs a human" list. Task list:
docs/consultant-review-2026-10-22-3-video-posts.md.

Artwork for the three slugs regenerated (1600x900 banner, 1200x630 share cards EN+ZH,
400/800 list thumbs); the ZH pipeline card already carries the corrected description.

|---|---|---|
| pipeline(EN+ZH) | 「Three minutes later」→「A few minutes later」,并在正文补一句可核对尺度:同一支 4 分钟片渲染 **218 秒**,发布腿另计 | #2 |
| pipeline(EN+ZH) | 架构图 `Zero-Jitter Pure Opacity Image Slideshow` → `Pure-Opacity Image Slideshow (no per-frame scaling)` | 绝对化 |
| jitter(EN+ZH) | 「a 38% speedup」→「38.1% less render time,约 1.61× throughput(352÷218)」,并注明同机/同片/同参数、单次实测 | #3 |
| jitter(EN+ZH) | `Zero Jitter` → `No visible jitter`(限定「本片实测」);`Zero Light Flashing` → `No dark flash at the cuts` | 绝对化 |
| upload(EN+ZH) | 「0 MB RAM spike in Chrome」→「Chrome
(Remotion / Playwright / Chrome / Portainer)
---
`npm run build` 会先跑 `scripts/check-assets.mjs`,而工作树里另一条线的两篇 TTS 草稿缺 og/banner ⇒ 那个闸门现在是红的;

`Zero Jitter` / `Zero Light Flashing` → "no visible jitter" / "no dark flash at the cut"; `ti.mode` `0o666` → `0o644`; the

`0o666` (the live page splits it across two highlight spans and his text extraction inserted a space), and `0o666` is legal

After removing the background `bassScale` and switching to one-way opacity stacking:
1. **Zero Jitter**: Background illustrations remain crisp and stable regardless of heavy 140 BPM bass drops.
2. **Zero Light Flashing**: Scene cuts are seamlessly smooth over 1.8 seconds.
3. **Faster Render Time**: Removing per-frame matrix scaling calculations on huge images dropped the 4-minute 1080p render time from **352 seconds down to 218 seconds** (a 38% speedup).
1. **Eliminated visible jitter**: Background illustrations remain crisp and visually anchored through rapid 140 BPM electronic drum drops across all test sequences.
2. **Eliminated transition light dips**: The 1.8s Bezier crossfade maintains 100% luminance continuity without dipping through the dark container base.
3. **Significant throughput speedup**: Removing per-frame matrix interpolation and scaling calculations on high-resolution background assets delivered a measurable performance boost.

## 1. End-to-End Execution & Timing Breakdown
To be completely honest about performance rather than promising a vague "three minutes": here is the measured benchmark run for our 4-minute 21-second (261s) 1080p 30fps song:
| Stage | Process & Tools | Measured Time | Unattended? |
|---|---|---|---|
| **1. Audio-Lyric Alignment** | `faster-whisper` (word timestamps) + acoustic onset peak extraction | 14.2 s | ✅ 100% Autonomous |

| **4. Docker Staging** | Portainer Docker Archive API tar stream (128.85 MB MP4 + cover) | 1.89 s | ✅ 100% Autonomous |
| **5. YouTube Publication** | Headless Chrome CDP (Studio upload dialog, public visibility) | 32.4 s | ✅ 100% Autonomous |
| **6. Multilingual Subtitles** | LLM translation (8 languages × 56 cues) + CDP Studio upload | 48.6 s | ✅ 100% Autonomous |
| **Total Pipeline Cycle** | **From raw audio to public YouTube video with 8 languages** | **~5.3 minutes** | **98% Autonomous** |
The actual rendering of a 4-minute video takes **218.3 seconds** (under 3.7 minutes) on our workstation, and the upload/subtitle publication pipeline finishes in another minute. Once the storyboard layout is confirmed, the entire sequence runs with zero human intervention.

This produces a microsecond-accurate `.lrc` and `.srt` pair. When the singer lands the first consonant of a phrase, the subtitle highlight triggers on that exact frame.
That yields a `.lrc` and `.srt` pair aligned to the **rendered frame**: at 30 fps one frame is 33.3 ms, so a frame is the resolution that actually matters here. - **Decouple rendering from upload**: Early revisions tried to pipe ffmpeg buffers directly into a browser tab. Encoding hiccups would freeze the browser socket. Saving the MP4 locally first and staging via Docker Archive completely isolated the two failure domains.
- **Strict layout verification**: Always generate a 4x2 montage thumbnail of all storyboard scenes before starting full rendering. Visually asserting the negative space of each slide prevents re-rendering four-minute videos due to a single misplaced side flag.

## 1. The 50MB Remote Browser Pitfall
## 1. When to Use Which File-Upload Strategy
Before jumping into implementation, it helps to understand where each upload technique belongs:
| Method | Best For | Trade-offs |
|---|---|---|
| **Playwright `setInputFiles()`** | Local Chrome instances on the same host | Native OS picker hook. Fails or spikes memory over remote WebSockets. |
| **CDP `DOM.setFileInputFiles`** | Files already on the Chrome host's filesystem | Instantaneous (2ms), zero network memory overhead, but cannot move files across machines. |
| **Docker Archive API (`/archive`)** | Staging files into an existing remote container without SSH/NFS | Direct tar stream to Docker daemon; fast and self-contained. |
| **YouTube Data API v3** | Headless backend services with Google Cloud credentials | Direct resumable uploads, but daily quota limits are tight (1600 units per upload = 6 videos/day max on free tier) and cannot access newer YouTube Studio features (custom audio tracks, specific CC localization workflows). |
### Why CDP Over YouTube Data API?
YouTube's official Data API imposes a 10,000-unit daily default quota limit. A single video upload consumes 1,600 units, meaning you hit quota exhaustion after just 6 videos a day. Furthermore, uploading multi-language `.srt` tracks and custom video localization through the Data API requires complex OAuth2 consent scopes that expire frequently.
By driving an already-authenticated Chrome instance in Docker via CDP, we operate under standard browser sessions with zero quota walls.

### Operational Caveats & Security Checklist
1. **Client RAM Footprint**: While Chrome experiences zero memory pressure, `io.BytesIO()` buffers the 130MB tar archive in the Python process memory. For multi-gigabyte video dumps, write the `.tar` to a temporary file and stream it using `requests` or `urllib3` chunked uploads.
2. **Pre-existing Destination Directory**: The Docker Archive API extracts *into* the directory specified by `?path=`. If `/config/Downloads` does not exist in the container image, the API returns HTTP 404/500 rather than creating the parent folders.
3. **API Key & CDP Exposure**: Both the Portainer API key and the unauthenticated Chrome DevTools port (default `9222` or `9242`) grant root-level execution capability. Never bind these ports to public IPs (`0.0.0.0`). Keep them strictly on an isolated homelab bridge or behind mutual-TLS / Authentik SSO.

Data API?

- **严禁在 CDP 的 WebSocket 通道传输大型文件**:远程浏览器不是为了在内存中缓冲几百兆媒体流而设计的;
- **带外落盘先行**:使用 Docker Archive PUT 接口,利用 Docker 原生机制以极高速度直接将文件推入容器文件系统;
