remove(ai): delete the composer-race post and its generator entries (user decision)

- git rm src/content/posts/the-dialog-opened-in-7-seconds-my-script-waited-5.md + the zh twin
- drop its TERMINALS/BANNERS entries from both generators (pure deletions: 0 added, 17 + 5 removed,
  node --check OK, 0 remaining references to the slug, the other three slugs intact)
- build still 153 pages; no route, no listing row, no sitemap entry
